During this summer program, high school students travel to one of two diocesan locations for a week of community service and spiritual development, centering around exterior home maintenance and repair and landscaping for elderly or otherwise disadvantaged homeowners.
Participants: Students who have completed 9-12th grade can register for either of the two separate sessions. College students / young adults can participate in the first week of the summer, designated specifically for them. Registration opens in February prior to each summer.
Adult Sponsors: Adults are needed to lead the work groups and chaperone the students for each of the two weeks that the students participate. While not required, handyman (woman) or DIY skills are helpful!
Team Leaders: High school graduates may apply to the diocese in the winter months to be a part of the leadership team for this summer-long program.
