"How Can I Repay the Lord for All He Has Done for Me?" - Psalm 116:12
Everything we have – yes everything – are gifts from God.
Out of gratitude, we give back to God just a small portion of what he has so graciously given to us.
Did You Know…
To fulfill its mission to carry out and continue the work of Jesus Christ on earth, St. John’s Church operates on an annual budget of approximately $2 million.

Let’s Break That Down…

We Give Because God Gave First
|
The Bible and the writings of the Saints are very clear. Everything we have – from the air we breathe, to our lungs inhaling it, to our work, to our loved ones – are gifts from God. Everything. Out of gratitude, we give back to God just a small portion of what he has so graciously given to us. Tithing is the Biblical act of giving 10 percent of the financial resources bestowed upon us (we keep the other 90 percent!) to our Heavenly Father and the work of His Church. So how does that look in our day-to-day lives? |

If you are currently tithing to St. John’s, THANK YOU for your sacrifice. If you are not tithing, please prayerfully discern God’s blessings in your life and ask Him to move your heart towards a fuller expression of financial generosity with the gifts He has bestowed upon you. Completing the Stewardship of Treasure form below is one of the practical steps toward living a stewardship way of life.
