This week-long Parish Summer Catechetical Program is dedicated to sharing the Gospel and promoting the Catholic Faith through fun and engaging evangelization, catechesis, Christian witness and Eucharistic worship.
Adult volunteers are needed throughout the week to bring the team lunch, host the team for supper, and to provide housing during their stay here. We also have a need for helpers to set out snacks in the morning and clean up after lunch in the afternoon.
Students having completed 1st through 6th grade can participate in the day program running from 9am until 3pm, and those having completed 7th through 12th grade can participate in the evening program, running from 7:30pm until 9:45pm.
Team members are high school graduates or seminarians who give of their time and talent over the summer to this catechetical program. The diocese begins accepting applications for these positions in December.
