- ST. JOHN'S MEMORIAL TRUST FUND - The interest and dividends from the Memorial Trust Fund are distributed to the parish quarterly.
- GIFTS OF STOCK - By donating appreciated securities or mutual fund shares, you can provide a lasting contribution while receiving tax benefits, such as capital gains tax savings.
- REAL ESTATE - Your gift provides a convenient way for you to enjoy a charitable deduction based on the current fair market value of your property, and it can reduce the size and complexity of your estate.
- ESTATE PLANNING - Remember St. John’s in your will or estate plan.
- RMD's (Required Minimum Distributions) - RMD's are the minimum amounts that the IRS generally requires you to withdraw from your retirement accounts. If you reached age 70 1/2 during 2020 and have IRA's, you are required to take a distribution based on that year. The IRS allows a tax-free donation, up to $100,000, out of a traditional IRA directly to a recognized charity. This would count as your RMD. Please consider gifting your RMD to St. John's Church or School in Beloit. For all your questions concerning your IRA's and RMD's, please call your Investment or Financial Advisor.

The specific purpose of this fund is to allocate annual grant support for teacher salaries at St. John’s Catholic School in Beloit, KS.
